Loa is a café in Balat, Bursa serving breakfast, specialty coffee and daily desserts.
How Loa started
We always loved spending time in Balat and having long chats with friends. We founded Loa as a warm café where we'd enjoy ourselves and host our friends: for a good breakfast, a good coffee and a conversation that goes on.
Step inside and you'll find a cozy space a little away from the city's crowd. We grind your coffee the moment you order it.
Our kitchen has breakfast options, croissants and daily desserts that brighten the day: simple but carefully made plates with good ingredients.
Moments we love at Loa: long breakfasts in Balat, small breaks during the day, and friends gathering around the table on special occasions. We designed Loa to host these moments.

How do we prepare our coffee?
We use 100% Arabica, medium roast beans, and we grind your coffee the moment your order is placed.
The menu has espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, V60, Chemex, AeroPress, Japanese Cold, Cold Brew and Turkish coffee (classic, dibek, with mastic).
When is breakfast, what's on it?
Breakfast is served every day until 15:00; Sundays have brunch from 09:00 to 15:00. Our desserts are made fresh every day.
The menu has Loa Breakfast (for 2), Sunday Breakfast, Pişi Breakfast, Croissant Plate, menemen, omelettes, sourdough toasts and sourdough-topped plates.
